Perfect property and Skillfully negotiated

In the winter of 2017 we decided to combine our two families into one home. We always wanted a lake community and Brad helped us find the perfect property and skillfully negotiated a great deal for us. The next task was to sell our existing homes, one of which had only been purchased a few months prior. Brad sold this home for a modest profit in 4 days. Next, he found a buyer for our other home and sold it in one day to a great couple. We are so pleased with the outcome and the energy Brad put into our difficult moves. Brad continues to follow up with us post mover to make sure all is well.

We were living in Chestermere where Brad had sold us a foreclosure that was bank owned. We were able to get the price we wanted and moved forward with the property. We subsequently decided to sell and move to the Cluny area where Brad assisted us in buying a very nice renovated acreage.
